Centrum Nieuw-West has a catchment area of 150,000 inhabitants, in the next 25 years this will grow to 250,000 inhabitants.
Amsterdam is in huge demand and a significant portion of urban growth takes place here. This is not surprising. The light, air and spacious layout of the neighborhood with its abundance of greenery and water and its perfect accessibility in combination with the many hip city houses and amenities that are currently sprouting up all over the place make Nieuw-West one of the most desirable places in Amsterdam to live, work and do business.

Not only do we invest, develop, realize and operate real estate, but as a recognized apprenticeship company we offer workplaces for people with a greater distance to the labor market, we organize homework assistance for young people, support entrepreneurs in their business operations and have sponsored the local indoor soccer club a.s.v. LEBO for over 10 years. They became KNVB national champions in 2016.
